2. Match

Simulate a match running on the referee's watch. Start a match, send events (goals, cards) and see them appear on the match via REST API and Live SSE updates.

3. Endpoints

Each link is pre-populated with the current match id and a time window covering the match.

• Live Match UI Shows the match and live events in REFSIX's live match web app. Useful to verify that the events are flowing. Built on top of the REFST + SSE endpoints below —

• GET Single match by id Returns the full match document — teams, players, settings, and every event recorded up to now. A one-shot snapshot, not a stream. Do this first and then subscribe to SSE to get live event updates to augment the match. —

• GET Live Match Event stream (SSE) Server-Sent Events stream — pushes every new event from every match in real time. Filter by the current REFSIX match id (_id) to just get events for the match you are interested in. SSE Docs. —

• GET Historical matches (JSON array) Returns every match in the time window as a single JSON array. Useful for backfilling or replaying after the fact — no live updates. —
